Frederick Police Make Arrest for Motor Vehicle Theft and Possession

 

FREDERICK, MD – On, Monday, June 17, 2019, at approximately 9:55 pm, Officer Inman was on patrol in the area of the 100 block of Jefferson Street, when he observed a vehicle that had been reported as stolen by the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office earlier in the day.  Officer’s made contact with the driver, Jessica Humphrey, age 28, of Frederick Maryland who admitted to taking the vehicle.  Located inside the vehicle was twelve (12) capsules of suspected heroin as well as CDS paraphernalia.    Jessica Humphrey was transported to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center and charged with theft, possession of heroin, and driving on a suspended license. 

Arrested:        Jessica Humphrey, age 28, 5000 block of Merganser Court, Frederick, MD

 Charges:         Possession of heroin, Driving on Suspended License, and theft
