On 8/8/2018, Off N. Hamilton conducted a traffic stop in the area of Monocacy Blvd and Route 26 when the driver did not stop for a red light. Based on Off Hamilton's contact with the driver, she suspected the driver had drugs on him or in the car. Read on...
